Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, calibrate and maintain complex medical diagnostic devices, equipment, instrumentation, and systems in a variety of mobile and fixed locations within the geographic area of Palm Beach county. Complete detailed documentation related to performed service and history of equipment maintenance down to frame refurbishment. Machines to include Olympus AU Series chemistry diagnostic analyzers, thermo chemistry analyzers and Sciex LCMS/MS Instruments used to create blood and toxicology test panels. Interact with clinical health providers to identify technology-based problems and their related solutions. Contribute to improvement and development of policy and procedures; provide technical guidance in selection, installation and use of diagnostic equipment and systems. *This position requires some domestic travel to 2-3 weeks a month for a few days each week to client sites as assigned.

 

3 years of Technical Service experience with Medical Devices or similar electronic equipment is a minimum requirement.
